Noah just requested that I post 2 pictures for his Daddy and pass on a couple of messages, so, Aaron these are for you! " I love you Daddy. I'm taking care of Mommy just like you asked me to, and don't worry, I'm starting to feel better. I'll be ready to play when you get home!"

" I'm waiting for my hug!!!!!"

SPRING, WHERE ARE YOU?!?!?!
Noah's been pretty sick. He has a "smokers" cough, it sounds so bad, so we've been staying home. We finally went to the Dr. yesterday and he has something RSV-like (like an adult cold for a child) He has been sleeping in the swing, since it helps him breath better, but I am so ready to have the healthy Noah back:) Sick Noah is crabby and very clingy and lays pretty still, instead of moving all over the place.
We were bathrobe buddies the other night. A nightly bath seems to help him breathe better.:) (as you can see below, classic sick Noah:))

MY BOYS....
Every day I count myself blessed that I have 2 amazing men in my life. Aaron has been such an amazing husband and father. He is my dream come true. He is so hands-on with Noah and I love listening to them playing together in the other room while I'm cooking dinner. He even got up with me when Noah woke up at 4:30 Sat. morning and wouldn't go back to sleep. (now thats love)

And Noah has been such a great baby. He got his first cold this week, and even though he was sick, he's still smiling and talking. His smiles brighten my day, and believe me, in Indiana, without the sun, you definitely need something to make the days brighter!!!

I know that life isn't perfect, and there will be many challenging days ahead as Noah grows older, but I am thankful for every day for the 2 greatest gifts God has blessed me with.

"Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows." James 1:17

Look at me...I just rolled over!!!!! I rolled over 3 times in a row yesterday. YEA for me!

Wanna party with me?!?!
Do you think my timid look will bring the girls my way?

Mommy and Daddy had some friends over and they brought some people my age to play with me.

Why doesn't Mommy understand that this look means I'm not happy?!?!

Mommy wore me out so much yesterday that I finally fell asleep on my stomach for the first time.

Noah's Build Up to his Cry...
( a picture story into the reality of Noah-yes, he does have a mad side)

Just wait, here it comes...

Do you really want me to cut loose?

Thats it! No more mister nice guy...

I had so much fun spending some extra time with Daddy home last week. We played and hung out together and we even slept in together!Mommy says I'm just like her and Daddy cause I like my sleep as much as they do:) Here are some pictures to keep you entertained...love you!! Noah

Mommy laughs at the positions she finds me in when I sleep.

Daddy and I were sharing his glasses. I want to be just like him.

Mommy and Daddy are impressed with how strong I'm getting. See, I can hold my head up all by myself. I'm still a little wobbly, but I'm getting there.

And what blog would be complete without the picture of me and Duck. He gives the best hugs!!!!

Noah's Favorite Toy - Duck

What a fast week! Aaron had minor surgery yesterday and we've just been hanging around the house. Its been nice to have Aaron home and Noah is enjoying some more quality time with him.
Noah is growing so much and we are having so much fun as he is beginning to explore his world and communicate more. He "talks" all the time and his smile is always there to warm our hearts.

Its all in the family:) We had so much fun with my brother, Danny here.

We were reading in the chair on Monday and he fell asleep. I had to get up and this was the first thing I could find to help keep him in the same position. He slept through the whole thing:) Wouldn't it be great to be able to sleep wherever you were??!?!

We often bring Noah into the bed when he wakes up in the morning. He loves to sleep on Aaron's pillow and on the mornings that Aaron is in bed too, Noah practically pushes him out of bed:) There have been several times when I wake to find Aaron just barely on his side of the bed, one more inch and he would be out!:) On this particular morning, Noah decided not to sleep on the pillow, but really mark his "turf" and sleep parallel to the pillow:)

Aaron and Noah are bonding after Daddy's surgery

Noah and Mommy are best buds:) (Don't you just love my crazy hair?!?!?)

I love when Noah falls asleep when I'm holding him. I try to take advantage of all the times now, knowing that this time will fly by faster than I want it to.

As we help Noah explore his world, we have brought out many toys to play with and it seems the duck has just stuck:) Its the one toy that he can hold on to and play with. I think its just the right size for him to hold and soft enough that he can squeeze and taste:) By the way, none of the pictures with the duck are posed. We place the duck close by, (on his stomach, by his shoulder, close to his hands), and he does the rest. :)

Uncle Danny's Visit

Uncle Danny, mommy's brother, came to spend time with me this weekend. We had a great time just hanging out inside, trying to stay out of the cold and snow. I hope you all have a great weekend. Love, Noah

Our neighbors Callie and Lilly came over and we played together.

Lilly said I should become a zoo keeper...I'm looking into it.

"Hey, who turned out the lights?!?!?"

This is where I work on the website...

Uncle Danny and I have lots of fun together...

My buddy, Duck spent time together too. I'm practicing the strong-hold Daddy has been teaching me.
