A tale of Noah and his food

Its breakfast time in the Langness household and I thought I'd give you a glimpse into a meal with Noah...

Whats the food today, Mommy?

Its what?!?!?!

Oh, I don't think I'm going to like that very much...in fact, I'm suddenly not feeling very well...

Okay, thats not so bad...

In fact, I kind of like it...give me more!!! MORE, Momma!!!

A couple of glimpses into the daily life of Noah:) Enjoy!!

Noah is becoming so independent, or atleast trying to be:) He seems to be everywhere at once. He seems to be very curious and loves to discover the world around him. To Noah, everything is a toy.
We spent some time with our small group at the lake yesterday and Aaron and I both got in the car ready for a nap because he wore us out:) But we wouldn't have it any other way. Here are some pics from the week..

Hi! I wanted to show you how I like to have fun.

This is my toy boat/car/plane. I have so much fun playing and pushing the buttons.

Daddy and I play after bath. He knows how to make me laugh.

People are always telling me that I look just like Daddy. What do you think?

And this is this is my new favorite toy. I can finally stand up all on my own!! Yeah, yeah, I know I'm not really all on my own but a guy can pretend, can't he?!?!?

Mommy wanted to show you a picture of my new tooth coming in, but I wasn't going to let her. So she said you would all have to use your imagination since I wasn't going to show it.

Mommy made me rest for a second, so here's to rest...

HAHA! But only for a second! Now on to the fun again!!!

This grass feels funny. Duck, what do you think?
What's that Mommy?

Okay, hows this? Oh, Mommy says its time to go...the water in my pool is finally warm enough! Next time I'll show you my dive.

Chief No Clothes has declared that it is now going to be summer all year long, as that is the best weather to wear his favorite outfit...nothing:)

Whats better than an Avalanche baby in one of the Colorado Avalanche logos?!??!:) Thankfully, Aaron has someone to pass his Avalanche addiction on to.

What a cute pair:) Noah loves his Poppi!!!

He looks like he's trying to dance.

"Okay, Mommy....I'll be good"

More bonding with Poppi. You know the monkeys in the zoo that pick the bugs out of each others hair? Well, Noah has claimed that occupation for our family:)

There is nothing better than a cuddle with Lolli!!

...MY POOL...

This feels kind of nice...

Its just like bathtime, only better:)

Are you still there, Mommy?

Want to come join me?

We're getting creative about how to let Noah play and sit on his own while avoiding the backwards head bangs:)

This is how we spend the first few minutes in the morning...with toys everywhere:):)

He almost looks snuggly there...but thats probably just Mommy wishfully thinking.

He has discovered there is another little boy who likes to play just like he does-what a coincidence.

I can hardly believe we're already halfway through the summer! Time sure flies. I have to catch myself everytime someone asks how old Noah is...he is growing so fast and I'm finding it hard to keep up:) He is growing and exploring more everyday! He hates to be confined in anyway. Carseats are just a bother for him and he lets us know when he's had enough.

We lay him down in the middle of the living room and blink and he's on the other side! He's getting so fast at the rolling thing and we know that this...

is about to come in handy!

The adventure is only just beginning-look out!!!

This has been a busy week of posting, but there have been so many pictures to show and not enough time to get them up on the blog. Below are pictures from our time in Wisconsin and here with Aaron's parents. We had so much fun with them, and miss them already! Noah was just telling me yesterday how much he wished his Lolli and Poppi were around to play with him!
We have had a busy week. We have been visiting friends and playing in Noah's new pool:)
Mommy and Noah love to bond. What you don't see is that Noah has his hand wrapped up in my hair:) He loves to do that but I end up losing too much hair!:)

Noah and I are such close buddies. I was trying to lay and play like him...of course, I ended up looking like a dork, but those are the things I need to brush off and do anyways since we ended up having so much fun:) I love to hear Noah laugh...it reminds me that there is more to life than just me.
That grin when the camera is pointed at him is priceless:)

We decided to play croquet on one of the hotest days of the week!

Noah wanted to be included in the croquet, but not in the traditional sense:)

3 generations! What fun!!!!

This picture makes me laugh because it looks like he's in his own little hottub:)
What a precious reminder of how important Poppi's are:):)

And of course, we couldn't do without our Lolli's either!!

Noah has already picked out his first ride:)

Swimming in my pool

We bought Noah a pool and he and Poppi played in it for the first time yesterday. He seemed to enjoy it.

After Lolli and Poppi arrived last week, we all went on a trip. I had to spend a LONG time in my car seat, but when they finally let me out, I got to see Uncle Steve, Aunt Val, Lisa and Peter and also the beach. It was very hot. I asked Mommy to get some good pictures so I could show you our trip...
At the lake.

Lolli made a good pusher for my stroller.

This is my Lolli and Poppi, I think they are the very best. (don't worry, Noni and Papa, I think you're the best too!)

Daddy finally took a picture of Mommy with me too.

Aunt Val, Uncle Steve and Lisa made great tour guides...

I especially liked the lighthouse...it was bright red!!!

Lolli makes me laugh:)

We even got to walk out on some rocks by the water.

These are all the boats we saw. Hopefully someday, I'll get to drive one.
