What a busy week we have had! We have really enjoyed spending time with Noni and Papa and Lolli and Poppi, and the rest of our friends and family. Noah is doing so well with so many new faces and being constantly on the move. We miss you, Aaron!! Can't wait to see you again.

Noah and I are enjoying Noni and Papa's swing during our little down time.
Great grandma Langness, Lolli, Mommy and Noah...4 generations!

Great Papa and Noah got to bond too.

Miss Olive and I are already great friends!

My old biblestudy group, plus 2 new additions! We had so much fun hanging out.

Noah even enjoyed making a new friend, although he looked like a HUGE little boy compared to his friend who is only 2 weeks younger.

Noah loves it when Noni gives him a bath.

Poppi can really make me laugh! And I love the feel of the bags on my toes.

Noah taking his first 4 wheeling trip. I promise we were very careful and safe, Aaron!:)

We went to Boulder and watched all 3 of my brothers run the Bolder Boulder. It was fun to hang out with the whole family.

What a busy weekend we have had! We worked on our landscaping on Friday after Noah and spent the day at the zoo and then our friends, PJ, Lai and their son Bowen came over on Saturday to move the rock into place. It was a LOT of work, but it looks so much better and hopefully will be easier to maintain.

Noah and I had so much fun at the zoo with some of our friends, but as it turns out...the people are more fascinating than the animals:) Oh, well...at least we had a good time. I know Noah will appreciate the animals as he gets older.

Since there was so much going on this weekend, there are quite a few pictures, so bear with me...I didn't want to disappoint the grandparents:)

Noah can entertain himself with anything...even the straps on his highchair:)

We gave Noah his bath in the kitchen sink and he loved it.

I tried to spike his hair, but as you can see, the spike is barely noticable:)

My parents were asking if Noah was really standing up in the last pictures of him looking out the window, so here are a couple to prove I'm not right behind him holding him up.

Noah has a new toy that our neighbor gave us...it makes him look like such a big boy...oh how the time is flying. In the picture below, he became more fascinated with the floor of the toy than with all the toys in front of him:)

NOAH'S 1ST TRIP TO THE ZOO...

My friend Rita and her boys Jake, Luke and Micah. As you can see from the picture, Noah loves to watch the big kids.

Noah wanted to show you his favorite...the white tiger.

The pile of rock when it was first delivered.

Noah was hanging out while we put the rock in and did a great job of being the manager.

Our friends, PJ and Lai. Thanks guys for all your help!!!!

Bowen did a great job of helping and entertaining Noah.

Here's the pile of rocks at the end of the day Saturday! What a huge difference!!!

My 1st Mothers Day

My first Mothers day turned out to be a beautiful day, both in weather and in company. Aaron and Noah made me breakfast, yummy! And then, after church, we went to the BEST restaurant ever...Chipotle:) We even took a walk and played some games. I have learned that being a mother is the most challenging job ever, but it comes with great rewards.
Noah continues to explore and grow. He is such a funny baby, he refuses to get on a routine, so everyday is different for us. I suppose that's a good thing. This way, he can go with the flow and doesn't get upset when we are out at nap time, but it makes it hard to get things done around the house:) He is starting to laugh and talk more. I feel like if only I had an interpreter, he would make a lot more sense:) Too bad he doesn't come with an instruction manual.
Right now, we're staying busy with some re-landscaping. We are replacing the mulch with rock and adding an edging border. I know it will look great when its all done, but man is it a lot of work!!! Hopefully after this weekend, I will have some great pics to share of the new look.

Aaron making my waffles.

We spent some time with our neighbors, Pat and Laurie. Noah enjoyed his new chew toy...his shoe.

How can you turn anything down with a smile like that?!?!?

Whenever I hold Noah like this, he loves to play with my hair. As you can see, his hand is already tangled up in it:)

Attack of the Butterfly

Noah's Attack of the Butterfly

He's going in for the kill...

Almost there...

He got it!!!

Noah enjoyed his walk with Daddy, Mommy & Uncle J

To remind everyone that Noah is a normal baby...not always happy.

He already knows how to pose for the camera. Everytime we hold the camera up, he stops and looks at the camera.

He decided to read to himself the other day...who knows what the story was about:)

Noah already enjoys brushing his teeth:)

He likes all bottles and thinks they are for him.

Wanna go out and play with me?

Oh, look at the bunny. Can you tell it to hold still so I can go out and pet it?

I love to play when I first wake up and its great to have these built-in-toys. Until my tummy reminds me that I'm hungry.

Mommy and I love to read in our favorite chair (thanks Lolli and Poppi!)

Uncle J is so cool, we like to hang out together.

Look at how flexible I am!! I bet you can't do it too...

Uncle J can make me fly!!!

Chief No Clothes:)

Daddy is my favorite cuddle partner.

I really like to touch Uncle J.'s face-its really scratchy.

Mommy said I could read books to myself soon, but I'm not so sure. You have to hold it too far away for me to see.
