Doesn't he look like he belongs in the outback??!?!
This is my new favorite picture of him:) This is the last installment of photos from our trip to Missouri. Thursday, we spent the morning relaxing and then went to visit some friends of my parents.
Friday, we went to a couple of nearby shops and then went to Silver Dollar City for the afternoon/evening. We saw a couple of shows, rode a ride (I didn't throw up this time!!!) and went to the evening performance down in the ampitheater. We missed it Wed. when we got rained out.
Saturday, we drove South and made our way to Eureka Springs. What a cool town. Its all built on a mountain side, so it has lots of narrow winding roads and beautiful old houses. And of course, shopping!!! Once again, Dad was glad to have someone to hang out with while the girls went exploring.
Sunday was upon us before we knew what had happened and we were up early packing the condo up. Who knew 3 people and a baby could have so much stuff!!! Okay, so it was all Noah's but still...there was a lot! We made our way to the airport and had a hard time parting ways. (Noah especially....how could anyone take away his Papa?!?!?) It was a very late night for both of us, but he was wonderful and slept through the second flight.
Noah did this quite a bit while we were gone...who knew a bottle of lotion could be so much fun!?!
Waiting for the show to start in Silver Dollar City. Noni and Papa enjoyed feeding my little bird. He opens his mouth as wide as he can and waits for you to stick the spoon in his mouth.
Thanks for your hard work on the bibs, Noni! We LOVE them!!!
We had a picnic lunch in Eureka Springs
He is really starting to enjoy food...
"these are MY carrots"
Mommy and Noah enjoying some sun. (its sad that Noah is already more tan than I am!)
Pinning the Papa! Good job, Noah!!
We went to see the Christ of the Ozarks, a really big statue someone made of Jesus out in the middle of nowhere.
We've settled back into life back here at home and we're having fun with all of Noah's new skills...He is making his way around the house exploring it all! And finding all kinds of ways he can make Mommy use his middle name:)
He is also able to pull himself up using his toys and furniture around the house. The only problem is that he can't get back down. One day this week, I put him in his crib for nap and he cried off and on for a while and finally got quiet. I thought he had finally gone to sleep and went to check on him. He was standing at the crib, unable to get down, but so sleepy. I'm sure if I had come any later, he would have fallen asleep and then fallen down!
