Breven-9 month update

Okay...low down for scrapbooking time.
Breven is really struggling with bottles. Supposed to be up to 8 oz. every bottle (atleast 3 bottles, I think) but I can barely get him to drink 3 3 oz bottles. He hates it. The whole time, he is wiggling around and grabbing at the bottle to yank it out. Its like wrestling an alligator while trying to feed it. Not easy, not fun. With Noah, it seemed so easy, he would eat when we gave him a bottle and power through it.
Breven does, however, love table food. Anything and everything, it doesn't matter, he'll eat it without complaints. In fact, he sits in his highchair and grunts until you give him a bite and then he's quiet until he's finished that and ready for more. I think he'd much prefer eating table food to the bottle, and he HATES the sippy cup. I tried changing things up the other day and instead of one of his bottles, I tried to give him his milk in a sippy cup. He took a big first drink, realized what he was doing, started screaming and refused to have anything to do with it again:)
He is a pretty good sleeper, though. (thankfully!!!) He's going to bed by 7:30 and doesn't typically wake up until 7:15ish. He still takes his two naps although they aren't quite as long.
He loves to shake his head no, and he loves to dance. But watching his crazy older brother tops the list. Noah can make him laugh and cry like no one else:) And I promise you...he said Mama a couple weeks ago. But since there were no witnesses, Aaron says it doesn't count. Oh, well. Hopefully he'll say it again soon so I can show Aaron that I wasn't just making it up!
All in all....a typical baby boy:) I just can't fathom that he's really already 9 months old!!! Why does it have to go by so fast?

Well, the good news is, he's back to drinking his normal amounts. I think the teething issue played a factor.
And I tried a straw with him and as long as you squeeze it, he'll keep sucking on it. But if you just stick in close to his mouth, he won't do anything:) Hopefully, he'll pick up on it soon.
