Whenever my parents come to visit, we always pay a visit to our local Amish communities. Yummy food, slower pace of life and man can they make some furniture!
It was a fun drive being surrounded by fog...and what could be more opposite-a bus and buggy.
Last time we were here, Noah wanted nothing to do with the carousel but this time he was so excited even before we left the house. And having Papa right there with him made it all the more thrilling.
And what could complete a day more than riding a rooster?
Dad wanted some more authentic amish cooking...close as we could find where we were.
Wouldn't it be nice to be this oblivious during so much noise and commotion?
